What is Land Use Charge?

The land use charge is a consolidation of all property and land-based rates and charges payable under Land rates.
Neighborhood Improvement charges and tenement Rates Laws of Lagos State.

The Land Use Charge derives its legitimacy from the Land Use Charge Law No. 11 of 2001

We care about our Senior Citizens

Any Property owned and occupied by retirees from Federal, State, Local Government Establishments, and private organizations, domiciled in the state or by any person that has attained the age of sixty (60) years and has ceased to be actively engaged in any activity of business for remuneration is now exempted from paying Land Use Charge.
